Some people were kind of making a big deal of it this on twitter. He's one of the best hitters to ever play the game so not sure why this is so shocking.

MacGwire coaches why shouldn't Bonds...Both proved they could hit at a high level...Bonds at a much higher level...but I think they both have value for a team.

 

FLOW I'd like to see Pete as a hitting coach...but is never going to happen.
