People will find the time to do the things they really want to do. I chuckle at all the people who complain about a little extra driving because Belfry always has the longest drive. it was over 4 hours when the games were in Louisville and we never complained.

 

I would drive to Mars to watch my team in a state championship game. Are we really complaining about a couple of hours extra driving in exchange for that experience?

I don't think the drive is the problem here as much as the schedule. The KHSAA threw Kentucky High School Football under the bus this year and who is to say it won't happen next year? They had plenty of time to make other plans, and whose ever fault it is should loose their job.

Friday and Saturday Ky state champions are a tradition. If I'm a Mountain fan and want to see my three teams play what are my options?

Pikeville & Beechwood play tonight. Being a NKY fan I might have liked to go to that game, but NCC don't play till 3 days later.

It's not the distance as much as the schedule to me. Or the size of the stadium as long as the attendance on the field is 22.
