Waggener 2015-16

Featured Replies

Basketball season for 2015/2016 should provide another exciting year. What should we expect from Waggener? Remember, please be constructive.

This team will be fine despite the departure of the guard who transferred to Findlay. They have the luxury of having a couple of players who have been playing AAU ball together since the fifth grade. (Kratholm and Hill) Their other big (Kirby) will be fine once he gets in bball shape. I don't think there is a bigger team in the state than Waggener and I got to see Hill and Kratholm dominate games this past summer. The guards that are still with the program are adequate. I can't imagine how good they would've been had the team that they had when they were freshmen were still intact. This post surprises me somewhat- this teams gonna jump up and open a can on some folks this year.

I would classify Hobbs PG as a lot more than adequate. He is a very talent player and really really good defender. They are the most talented team in the 7th.

After watching Trinity play Mercer County to a tie, I would disagree, with them losing one of the better Juniors in the state.

They're the most talented. Talent doesn't necessarily dictacte the best team though.
