November 7, 201510 yr There are several differences in the rules between the NFL and College Football. Are there any rules that you would take from the College Game and put in the NFL if you had the power to do so? Maybe 1 foot down in bounds for a completed pass? Clock stop while the chains reset? 15 yard penalty on Pass Interference instead of being a Spot Foul? What do you have?
