I predict the field to be wet and muddy, just the way the good people from Boone County like it, except for those residing in Union metro.

 

Should be a fun game to watch as these boys competed against one another in the BCPWFL.

Well, I'm old school if that answers your question, but in recent years the trend, I think, is to not let elements play into a playoff type game. You know, what if the field was like Dixie's old stadium that would not have grass and just be a mud pit by late in the football season, kind of like playing on ice. Or if it had standing water on it. Just tossing stuff out there.

I think it's more likely they just cancel the game and the season is over. Hope not.

Both teams seemed more run oriented to me.

 

Boone's double tight, double wing might be perfect for conditions. They are too limited from spread, I don't think it fits their personnel. They can hammer #44 in the mud. Boone's D struggles against pass so mud will help.

 

Connor seemed to be very Q oriented in run game from spread. Passing was ok, but they too stayed with run when I watched. I think Connor's D is a little better and might be difference.

Boone has run that formation all season, until last week when they tried something new. The new formation nearly toppled Cov Cath (tongue-in-cheek, okay?).

 

It will be interesting to see which one they use most in this game. But, I think you may be right @BuckeyeBoy2885 ... #44 probably gets the ball a lot tonight.
