Lexington Catholic just clinched a district title while Southwestern was demolished by Pulaski County. Can the Warriors rebound against Catholic?

If Southwestern can slow down Lex Cath down thru the air they have a chance 'cause IMO Southwestern will score points on Catholic's defense on the ground this game could go either way Lex Cath big or Southwestern in a close lower scoring game but it's gonna be an uphill battle for the Warriors.

In this late stage of the season, I really doubt that, just because teams will be saving up players for the playoffs. Teams around have clinched district title and a non district game especially the last game of the season is somewhat meaningless. IMO only of course.

That's why I said should win by 3 TDs depending on their game plan. If they come playing to win then they'll win by at least 3 TDs. If they just show up then who knows what will happen.

Don't know what to expect to be honest

 

 

One one side Southwestern is exactly what LexCath doesn't want to face. Big, strong team up front with some hard hitting big DE's and LB's on Defense.

 

On the other side, LexCath is exactly what Southwestern doesn't want to face. The Warriors are very flat footed in the team speed department and not exactly very good in the Secondary.

 

I am going to lean toward LexCath. I think Southwestern can give the Knights fits up front on Defense, but don't think they have enough quickness to create negative plays or sack the QB. As such I don't expect many rushing yards between the tackles from lexCath..but expect several Home Run balls.
