Basketball season for 2015/2016 should provide another exciting year. What should we expect from Male? Remember, please be constructive.

This team should be loaded...Loss of point guard Taylor Jackson may affect ball handling but this team has the athleticism to overcome a rash of turnovers..they will create many scoring opportunities for them selves off their press and a strong rebounding contingent should be able to present many second chance opportunities from missed shots...they have several good shooters that might make zone defenses be wary...Of course there are many fine teams in this region...coaching could make the difference as all four of the major players in this region have top notch coaches and never forget the luck element

Male is loaded with talent which makes them a tough out come tourney time. They will be tested by teams that can force them into turnovers that lead to easy baskets. Most teams won't be able to handle them in a half court offense. I predict that Cameron Browning will step up and have a big freshman year.

They are so deeply talented with skills and athleticism - plus a good combination of youth and experience, that they are by far better on paper than all others in Jefferson county. But they don't play on paper. If/when they meld together as a solid unit vs. the best opponents, then they will/may go very deep come March. They do have a lot of kids (and their parents) to keep happy, though, and they will hopefully have a strongly unified team. That will be the great challenge they face.

I wouldn't count Sacred Heart out. Make beat Sacred Heart by 5 in last year's semi if the regional championship. SHA loses one senior.

Sacred Heart lost to Eastern in the regular season by a last second three and then thumped them in the LIT.

Since he hasn't gotten to the S's yet, what is Sacred Heart going to look like this year?
