John Hardin emerges from the bye week refreshed and on a two game winning streak. They've won four of six since the season opening loss to South Warren, and figure to add to that with a win at home against Valley. Valley, for their part, has won five of six games and also has won two straight, including a 38-32 victory over Western last Friday. That makes this in many ways the district championship. ANY chance of an upset?

No chance. However, it is good to see Valley having some success after going winless last year and only winning one game the year before.

Running clock. John Hardin did lose their best defensive player who was a 3 year starter to a torn ACL.

No way Valley pulls off an upset. Beyond JH, this might be the weakest 4A district. 2-4 will not win a playoff game.

This is one of the few areas where I agree with you. Although Western usually has a few good athletes.

Western always has good athletes, just poor coaching and support for the program. They could be much better than they are. They're not the only JCPS school in this situation.

Tons of athletes and you never ever want to play there in November.
