South Laurel's Josh Riley, who leads the Cardinals in every major hitting category, signed his LOI today to continue his career at Morehead State. I suspect he'll do well and should have a chance to contribute right away.

Congratulations to Mr. Riley. Work hard for coach Jarnagin and Taylor.

Josh is a good kid and a very solid pitcher. I have known his family for years and wish him the best of luck! During football season, you would see him at the optimist football fields tossing a baseball with his dad from 1 end zone to the other working on his arm strength even while watching his younger brother play little league football. I am very happy for him! :thumb:

Josh is good enough to play multiple sport's. He played football and basketball this year for the cardinal's and excelled. So I hope that he look's in to playing other sport's when he get's to the collegent leagues.

This is tougher to do in college, but Josh is a very good athlete. He really came on strong towards the end of the football season and did the same in hoops as well. He will be missed by all 3 sports teams he played for at SL now that he has graduated. I wish him tons of luck at the next level! :thumb:
