Newport didnt let up last year so I would expect Lloyd will do the same this year

The Juggs played a tough hard-fought game last week versus conner that ended in a loss for Lloyd on a fluke play at the tail end of the fourth quarter which left the Juggs a little salty. Through in the memory of Newport's absolute beat-down of Lloyd last season and you have got a recipe for peak motivation. Even if the turnover and penalty ridden Juggs make an appearance Newport simply does not have the talent this season to keep up with Lloyd. If the "good" Juggs show Friday I look for a 49-14 Lloyd victory, but if the "bad" Juggs come out to play and Newport plays well the Juggs still win in a closer game 28-14.

Said early on after Juggs loss to Beechwood, that if their line got in game shape, Juggs could me formidable 2A team. Still even more convinced. Loss to a quality Conner team in driving rain by one late touchdown even solidifies my opinion. Need to settle on one sophomore quarterback and ride this talented pony where he can take them. Give him more game experience and even NC Thorobreds will be in their rear view mirrors. Juggs by 5 TDs.

Do you mean the one sophomore QB as in Fann or did you think that Runion is a sophomore too?

Lloyd, not close either

All I know id Lloyd should find a way to get #5 the ball. Was at the conner Lloyd game and he looks like a college WR already! I'm sure on a dry day Lloyd has him in their gameplan. I may have to go to another Lloyd game when weather is nice.
