Boys should be ready to play after a bye week last week. Just hoping that they are focused, and not looking forward to next weeks huge game.

He suffered a deep thigh bruise in the first offensive series against Fern Creek. He limped badly until being taken out early in the 4th quarter. With him at less than 100%, we put up exactly ZERO points. Brothers is an outstanding athlete, but because Johnson is a 2-year starter, he hasn't gotten many reps. Johnson will be fine, and it is not a bad thing at all to get your back-up a full game against an athletic 6-A school.
