Four years in another state and I still can't figure out that just because it isn't raining in Dayton doesn't mean it can't be raining in Louisville.

With the score 5-5. Trinity was set to bat in the bottom of the seventh when the game was postponed due to lightning. We waited around for 30 or 40 minutes but periodic lightning kept flashing. I left.

Male won 7-5 in 9.

Is this simi state or the regional tourny?

I brought my son to the game and we stuck around for about 20 minutes after they called for everyone to clear the stands. Three year olds have a limited shelf life after 8:00pm, so we headed for home. I thought Trinity was in excellent position with the score tied, last bats, and Male's pitcher throwing a little tired. Was very surprised to see that the game was scoreless for 1 1/2 more innings after we left.

I thought the same thing. Male's pitcher coming back from a long layoff, Trinity was beginning to get some hits off him. I thought it was a done deal. There I go thinking again.:madman:
