Central comes off their bye week after a huge win over St. X two weeks ago. Waggener has shown signs of improvement since moving down to 3A. It would be a big shocker to see the Wildcats top the Jackets.

Was it ever confirmed that the Harper's transferred to Waggener and are they eligible to play this season? Could change things for the Wildcats if they can.

Central schedules the big boys so they can dominate this time of year. This strategy proves huge this week. I think Waggener can test the Yellow Jackets but Central is too physical up front for the Wildcats.

I think whoever was saying that was making a joke because Waggener "acquired" some other transfers in the off season.

 

Everything I've heard about Harpers is they are trying Male or Fern Creek. Either way they shouldn't be eligible this season since they played in a varsity game and they shouldn't be eligible next season without a change of address. Emphasis on shouldn't, but who knows what will actually happen.

The brothers are enrolled at Waggener. I wasn't making a joke I was stating a fact. And... It ain't that hard to get an address change to satisfy JCPS (joking...not joking)
