Ballard vs St X - Pick : St X

Woodford vs Montgomery Co - Pick MoCo

Bowling Green vs South Warren - 2-2 Draw. South Warren is very good defensively and has a speedster up top. Bowling Green should dominate midfield with the Aviles twins and if Arif is healthy he might be able to make something happen.

Madison Central vs Montgomery Co - Pick Madison Central

St Henry vs Ryle - Pick: St Henry

Woodford vs South Oldham - Pick: SH

Archbishop (OH) vs Cov Cath Pick: I do not know a whole lot about Archbishop but I have seen Cov Cath play, can anyone help me with this one?

Scott vs Cooper Pick: Cooper

South Warren v Bowling Green... maybe 2-2 if Dervisevic (#7) is on and/or stays in the game; otherwise Bowling Green wins 2-0.

If CCH defense can contain Griffin Garrison and Tristan Bentley up top they should beat (Archbishop) McNick. I'd go with CCH 2-1.

Cooper and Scott: 3-2 Scott in a wild one.

Both MoCo games this week will be tough. If they come out on top in both they're looking awefully strong in Region 10.

St. X over Ballard 1-0... has Ballard moved Tucker Monheimer to play in the back? I know they had him their for some of the Bluegrass games.

On Saturday CCH plays MoCo away. Could be a preview of the Region 9 & 10 semi-state game (I think Region 9 plays at 10). Both teams have challenging games Tuesday and Thursday. I'd give CCH the advantage going in. Hoping both teams are mostly healthy and full strength.

I was just told that the Scott VS Cooper game has been cancelled

I was just told that the Scott VS Cooper game has been cancelled

Reason?

Hey All......I think it is Cooper vs Scott County and not Scott Eagles tonight ....Eagles are on Thursday.....according to KHSAA

Cooper was trying schedule a match with Scott HS on Thursday this week. Not sure if that is going to happen now.

It was on the schedule that Scott HS was to play Cooper at Cooper on Thursday...we were told that the game might be moved to Wed. Then today we were told that it has been cancelled...we (Scott parents) have not been given a reason.

Cooper @ Scott County on Tuesday 9/8 at 8 pm.

Cooper hosts Scott Eagles on Thursday 9/10 at 7:30 pm.

Which one canceled and why?

The Thursday game against Scott Eagles....I don't know why. Maybe yellow card can shine some light on it?

Not sure may be a scheduling mix up. Cooper was told the game was going to be at Scott.

Here is my guess.....

A few weeks ago there was a thread that mentioned Scott was not playing Cooper this season, someone mentioned that they were but the match was just not on the schedule yet, along with some other matches as well.

Due to the "shortage" of refs, it might not have been entered into arbiter in time to have a crew scheduled for this Thursday.

Yes this Thursday is spreading the refs very thin. I know of some varsity games that will only have two refs as it is. There are a lot of refs who have kids playing and that shortens up availability also.

Coaches are supposed to have schedules turned in last April I believe.
