Newport Catholic @ Ryle Predictions

Featured Replies

Go with Ryle due in part to NCC is in the middle of a very difficult part of their schedule. Maher ranking and AOS of NCC's most near (calendar date wise) opponents.

#43 Cooper comes in with a 3.34 AOS

#39 Ryle in with a 5.86

#123 Pendleton Co in with a 0.08

#133 Beechwood in with a 3.05

That is flat out a brutal stretch of games.

Really, are you telling us Pendleton and Beechwood are, going to be tough.

You know this is high school soccer, right?

This soccer forum, especially when certain schools are involved, is message board filled with adults bashing high school kids, living vicariously through them, and against them, so as to achieve a sense of fulfillment, and diminishing efforts and accomplishments of those in a fragile state. It's sad that moderators allow talk like this to continue...

If this forum bothers you so much why do you continue to be part of it? Let the moderators do their job. If you think a comment or thread is over the top, report it. Also, a lot of high school kids aren't as delicate and thin skinned as you might think. Kids that play high level club soccer are used to having their strengths and weaknesses pointed out frequently, and loudly, by their coach and team mates.

Really, are you telling us Pendleton and Beechwood are, going to be tough.

You may need to read more then the post you quoted to get the sarcasm in it. (read post #16 ) And wan't it obvious (I guess not) by the Maher rankings and the AOS# listed by each NCC opponent, what was really meant was how easy this stretch of games will (should) be for NCC.

Your schedule should be set to play teams to get you ready for the speed of the state tourney games AND allow you to work on things you will have to do to win.....finishing, defensive structure and support, and to also allow you to get healthy and rested.

Easy ....
