Pendleton County advances to the 10th Region Tournament next week with a 9-0 victory over the Blue Jackets. The LH Pitcher for Pendleton (Fields) went the distance picking up his first win of the year in 12 decisions. Pendleton County now has a 6-28 record and will play Harrison County for the District Championship on Wednesday at 3:00.

Way to go Cats! Pulled out a great win at the right time in the season. Good luck against the Breds on Wednesday afternoon.

Congrats to Coach Murph Howard and the Wildcats. I know its been a tough year for them.

I thought this one would be a little closer.

What's up with the 3:00 start on Wed.? I hope they aren't expecting a big crowd because most people are still at work @ 3:00.

Good game for the Cats.PC was ready to play today and I think NC was maybe looking ahead to Harrison a little bit.Pendleton does not have a lot of wins this year but their schedule was as tough as anyone in the region. It was too tough for their team but maybe playing all those top 25 teams is paying off finally at the right time.I know I think why the time is 3 for the finals but they could have played Thursday night with no conflict.PC is going to have some tired players after staying at Project Grad on Tues. night, and playing ball at 3 in the afternoon.

Only a couple. The rest of the seniors quit along time ago.

Great win for the Cats, Kris Fields pitched an absolute gem. His curveball kept the Nicholas County hitters off balance all night. If PC can play defense and hit the ball Wednesday afternoon, the Breds might be in for a tough ballgame. Coach Murph Howard always gets his kids ready for the postseason, and this year he has shown the same.

Only a couple. The rest of the seniors quit along time ago.

Two is too many against Harrison county.Good luck Soda today against BB.

Word on the street last night was that one if not both of the seniors were going home early to get some rest. The Cats need to stay focused and make the routine plays. The errors and dumb mistakes is what hurts this team. Kris Fields on the mound Monday did excellent, worried another Wildcat will have a hard time topping his apperance.
