Final from the Ft. Harrod Bowl at Mercer County.

Tavon Graves was named MVP. I believe he had 101 yards rushing, 124 yards receiving and 3 total TDs.

 

Their QB who I believe is Isaiah Bankhead was 25-30 for 375 yards and 4 TDs.

Mercer County has nothing to be ashamed of. This is a pretty good North Hardin team and their triplet tandom of Bankhead, Graves and Alexander is very very nice.

Gonna be a long season for Mercer if they continue to run that offense and play cover 1 against those type of athletes.

Other than Lafayette they aren't ever going to see those kinds of athletes. They need to beat Marion County, Taylor County and the Jessamines. North Hardin is a 6A school. They won't see a team like that in the 4A playoffs.

Mercer plays southwestern also..........could get real ugly. I dont understand why Braxton Bradshaw or Dustin Baker dont get the ball much. But it's the first game, and hopefully they get it going.
