It is very difficult to predict winter weather in that area. The weather can change very quickly from snow to rain in a very short distance. You could have sleet, freezing rain and ice between the snow and rain. Also you could have all types of winter weather happen. It would depend exactly where a person lived in that area on what type of winter precipitation they could see.
