Glad to hear Beechwood beats Ryle to win the championship as they seemed to be the better team. Lots of good talent in the JV ranks....Campbell Co., Beechwood, Ryle, NCC all had solid squads this year.

 

The St. Henry game in which the Camels came back from an 8-1 deficit was a great game to watch. If you were there you saw some great baseball being played.

 

Camels had 2 bad innings allowing all of Beechwood's 5 runs to be scored on errors. The ump behind the plate made some very bad mistakes in the last two innings that you don't want to see happen in this type of game, but that is part of it.

 

Congrats to Campbell Co. JV for a great year finishing 18-5. The Camels baseball future looks bright as this Sophomore class is very solid as is the Junior class.

Let's not forget Freshman Nathan Snyder. He pitched from the 3rd inning on. He plays basketball and baseball for the Tigers and is a very talented athlete. You will be hearing a lot about him in the next few years.:ylsuper:

Let's not forget about CovCath who went i believe 18-2 and all but one starter was a freshman with 2 freshman starting on Varsity.

Did not leave them off that short list on purpose.....just mistakenly forgot about them. Cov. Cath. had a find JV team.
