Numbers breakdown I saw tonight on Trout vs. the all-time leaders in some categories:

 

At the age of 24, he's way ahead of Pete Rose in the hits department.

 

He's well ahead of Hank Aaron in the total bases department.

 

And, he's well ahead of Ricky Henderson in the runs department.

 

More than just a little impressive.

 

Bonds name comes to mind for sure. Most impressive run I've ever seen closely was what Eric Davis did in early 87. He owned the game for a couple months, and because he was a Red, I got to see it nightly.

 

On that note, I'd say it must be good to live in LA and be a baseball fan these days.
