August 26, 201511 yr Brewer David Pierce leaves NABC to return to BBC - Insider Louisville Interesting. So BBC's brewmaster from 1993-2009 left and went to New Albanian brewery in New Albany (they've been putting out some SOLID freaking beer as of late), has now left New Albanian and is going back to BBC, which is now just a brewpub in St. Matthews after the folks who owned the BBC Taproom at Main and Clay separated, took the bottling and distributors license with them, and started Goodwood Brewing. I wonder if we don't see BBC bottling and distributing again before too long here now. BBC also still has the Third and Main location across the street from the Yum Center in addition to the St. Matthews spot.
