July 11, 201511 yr Parts of Kentucky are in a slight risk area for Sunday. Lexington, Louisvlle, Henderson City and areas close to these cities. Looks to get going in the early afternoon. Damaging winds and hail look to be the main threats. A brief tornado can't be ruled out.
July 12, 201511 yr Author The chance for severe weather has increased for Sunday. Some of us will see showers and possible thunderstorms this morning. Severe storms should redevelop later today. We could see developmen and intensification of multicell/line segment storms. With mainly a damagin wind threat. Some of the stronger storms could have hail and spawn a possible tornado. Monday looks to be a severe weather aleart day.
July 12, 201511 yr Author Just looked at the thunderstorm outlook for today. Looks most of the activity will be from around I-75 eastward and there's a 40% chance for most of Sunday.
July 12, 201511 yr Just had 3 hours of heavy rain in Owsley. It started around 8:30 am and stopped about 11:30.
July 13, 201511 yr Tornado warning. Looks to be between Danville and Lancaster near Hubble on 590. Area between Danville, Lancaster, Crab Orchard and Stanford looks real bad now.
