Really liked him going into the Derby. Always sucks when they have to do this. I'm sure my friend who hates on horse racing will let me hear it when she sees this.

I wish there was some way for a horse to overcome a broken leg and at least be able to spend a life out to pasture.

Even worse, He will miss out on his chance for stud opportunities. Bummer for him.

I'm wondering if American Pharaoh's owner heard about this. He still has him running.
