Clinton Foundation hit with Racketeering lawsuit.

I learn something new every day. I didn't know that the RICO statutes included a private cause of action.

Is there a link to the actual complaint anywhere?

Suit brought by Larry Klayman. In the past, Klayman has filed actions against Cheney, Obama, OPEC, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan and the National Security Agency.

Let me start by saying that using a private e-mail account for business is a bad idea. I wouldn't let an employee do it. That said, if Mrs. Clinton had used the state department server for business there would be no proof that she hadn't used a personal account for sensitive business that she didn't want on the government server. We also have to trust every other official that they don't do business on their personal account. There has to be some trust regardless of who the official is. I would also point out that every e-mail ends up in at least two places -the sender and the recipient. So far at least there have been no examples of a business e-mail that showed up on the recipients account but was deleted from Mrs. Clinton's server. There may be some that show up eventually, but in their absence it implies that they were perfect in keeping embarrassing e-mail from going to a server where it could be recovered. That is a pretty tall order.

Bigger problem is all the news released on the foundation over the last couple days.
