Social Media: An every day fight for nearly 20% of married couples

Featured Replies

What gets me about this news is that 17% say they fight EVERY DAY about it. Wow, wow wow!

I bet that they would fight over something else if Facebook wasn't there.

I laugh at the ignorant comments about how FB has a lot of drama, NO! It's not FB, it's some of your friends. Drop the friends who are all about drama, and not just from FB, but from your life.

As far as the thread topic, it's the same thing, some are exposed for who/what they are on FB. No one is going to stop doing questionable things in their lives just because they stop using FB. OR, the issue is that the spouse who is questioning the FB activity is one who creates FB drama, and are insecure anyway.

Quote I seen once " If you can't change the people around you, change the people around you !"

Social media is not the cause of marital discord. It only exposes the weaknesses that are already there.

This is like the gun argument of guns don't kill people; people kill people.

Yes, but WITH the easy means people pull the trigger. Facebook has been an easy way out. I hold with those who say it's trouble.
