April 3, 201511 yr Remember that terrible year that they used Jennifer Hudson instead? Wasn't that the year UK won it in '12? I remember it, and could be way off on the year, but for some reason that year is ringing a bell. Classic case of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
April 3, 201511 yr ^ It was 2010. The major thing that irritated me was that they showed Jennifer singing several times in the video. That's not what One Shining Moment is about. Her singing was fine although I feel like Luther's version is an institution and simply can't be changed. But every time you show the person singing is a time you are not showing the people that were actually in it. I also remember people wondering if someone from UT made the thing. They were all over it.
