I saw where Ky. Country day was able to play yesterday. Don't think anyone else was able. Hopefully some games will get played today for the rain washes out the weekend.

I think Scott HS plays Boone Co today.

Will this be at Florence Freedom?

Game is at Florence Freedom , I think game start time is 4:30

I think a lot of games will be on. Collins is playing at J-town and Shelby is on vs. Trintiy at home. Of course you can't get to T's field.

I think Scott HS plays Boone Co today.

Just a scrimmage, and most of Scott's starters will be missing or won't play much because basketball just ended, and tonight is Scott's senior dinner dance.

Scheduling opps?

I don't think Scott or Boone will be at full strength , just a chance to get on the field and knock some rust off.

AAAAHHHH......the sweet sounds of spring. Cant describe how enjoying it was seeing the ball thrown around, sounds of ball cracking off the bat, and the bases being ran around. Great day indeed. Baseball is here my friends, finally, baseball is here!!

As for team observations: Scott had a SS that made quite a few nice plays. Showed great range and strong arm. On Boone side their strength looks early on pitching and defense. Last two pitchers for Boone were impressive. Overall it is early and pitching and D is ahead of the game, both offenses struggled a bit, but rust should come off soon.

Just enjoyed getting to watch, and thinking this time last week we had a foot of snow...ha ha

Baseball is here......Good luck to all!!!

anyone know the names of the ss for scott and the boone pitchers, 2, 44 and 32 i think

look like solid ball players

Boone Pitchers #2--Nathan Davis #44--Jeffrey Purnell #32--Kenton Hibbard

Trying to get a double header in tomorrow but it looks bad for that. Will Lexington Cath move that tournament to Sunday ??

KCD won 9-2. They are either better than expected or Atherton is going to have a long year. KCD had a couple of good years. Anyone hear anything about them this year?
