March 6, 201511 yr Author Update: My guy came yesterday and said I need to replace the heating kit/element and he's going to replace the timer too. Thankfully I'm using him because that's the same thing he did for my buddy down the street. This guy is doing it at a fraction of the cost compared to what my buddy was quoted by two different companies.

March 6, 201511 yr Basically the HOA covers everything outside of your walls. They take care of yardwork, snow removal, and etc. Yes. Usually it is that the unit owner is responsible for everything from the wall paint in.
