Wild game. Danville struggled offensively, even though CJ McPherson had 35 points. Danville actually led 14-6 after one quarter but Boyle composed themselves in the second quarter and then put it away in the fourth quarter. Danville made a little run late but it was academic by that point.

Great game that I think is a testament to how the top 3 teams in the 45th District are pretty equal. CJ McPherson is an amazing player and she did all she could to will the Ads to a victory but they came up a little short.

 

Emmie Harris put the Rebels on her back when Kalin Bottoms fouled out in the third quarter and Marlee Smith went to the bench with 4 fouls. She was unstoppable on the court and that allowed Boyle to jump out to a 47-33 lead that they maintained despite numerous runs made by the Ads.

 

Should be be a great game Thursday night between Boyle and Lincoln.
