Cleveland Browns' new logos unveiled for 2015 NFL season

Featured Replies

Not the elf. I have always hated the elf. I doubt he could take a hit and not very intimidating... like the angry bird ---> :angrybird2:. The Browns logo which is a Browns helmet. Nothing on the side. They changed the color of the orange, brightened it up a bit.

As former Bengal Andrew Hawkins said, "The Browns are about tradition not being cute." It's a blue collar town and area. Don't need nuttin' on the helmet. They did draw up a secondary logo that is an orange block with the face of an angry bulldog to go with the dog pound.

This is a non-story. Media trying to create controversy where there is none to make people read their stories. So there is a new owner of the Browns and since he has taken over they are looking at different marketing changes to update the Browns to say, "Hey, things are different here and we want you to come to the stadium and there's a new experience at the stadium." They did some updates there also.

So what? Start winning more ball games that will create all the excitement in Cleveland that you can handle. Browns won more games this season than in a while. They were 7-3 when the wheels came off at the end. But I think there are some identifiable reasons for that and these are being addressed. Things are looking up for the Browns, has nothing to do with an updated logo.

As a friend of mine said, they hyped up this "new design" and in reality all they did was walk into Home Depot grab a paint swatch and chose the color next to the old one.

At least the brown is unchanged. Couldn't handle too much excitement at once.
