February 6, 201511 yr With Lent starting in a couple of weeks, I thought I would share this video. The back ground on the the song was that Kelley Mooney was asked to sing the Leonard Cohen song "Hallelujah" by her Parish Priest. When she read the lyrics to the original song she realized that wasn't the best song for church. So she then used the song as the basis for this Easter version that she wrote. She received the mechanical rights from the publisher to record the song.
