This game is directed by Tom Posey and will be played at Morehead State University on June 12th. A lot of good players from smaller schools will get the opportunity to play in an All-Star game since most (if not all) didn't get to play in the Border Bowl. I love this game it's a great opportunity for kids from this area to showcase their talents one more time before playing at the next level or never playing again. Kids in this area of the state often get overlooked for games like the Border Bowl and Best in the Bluegrass. They often get overlooked on the all-state teams as well, even moreso than the mountains and eastern KY. Give them their turn in the limelight.

I am just making light of the fact that it is an All-Star game for an 1/8th quadrant of the state that is then subdivided into two more geographical areas.

 

The game itself is fantastic and well deserved way for kids to end their career... just think it is funny that Northeast Kentucky is further broke into down into East and West teams.

This game was an awesome experience last year. Hope all of the kids enjoy it as much as the kids last year seemed to. Good chance for these young men to make some new friends and compete along with some of the players they've been matched up with for years.

My son played in this game last year and says it was one of the funnest football experiences he had. Plus, he got the $500 scholarship for the East team. It's a nice event.

I did have the pleasure of playing for the East team last year and it was one of the funnest weeks of football I have participated in. I along with eight or nine other guys still talk about it from time to time. I made some friends from Johnson Central and other schools. Playing at Raceland, you play a lot of the area schools and, in most cases, don't like the other teams. This game really brings everyone together to just have fun. It was absolutely the funnest week of practice I have been a part of. Along with the game, I believe each senior that gets the invitation should partake in this event. I'll talk about this game for the rest of my life.

Definitely was one of my favorite games to play in. You know its a fun game when Raceland players and Fairview players are the closest bunch on the team. Anthony Roark was one of mine and little rams best buds.

That big OLine made my job easy as a DC. Just had to protect that big lead.

I also loved playing in this game. We got walloped but it was still a fun experience.
