Seriously? We're talking about Trinity, Knott County Central, LexCath, and Taylor County. They don't typically have a schedule full of cupcakes even within the state of Kentucky, and their only losses have come to tough out-of-state nationally ranked teams because within their non-cupcake style schedule, they schedule those kind of games too. If not for those out-of-state losses, they too would be on the undefeated list, and legitimately so. Some other teams on the undefeated list do have schedules that some might consider cupcakes.

Well I packed a lunch and then watched manual lose. They are a good team but Henderson is the most under rated team in the state.

That is crazy to see. I looked at their schedule and they haven't even been competitive in a game. Sad.
