December 23, 201411 yr That is the difference between a top tier QB and an average QB - the top tier QB completes those 3rd down passes and doesn't miss opportunities. Calling Dalton Avg is being kind...just sayin
December 23, 201411 yr Calling Dalton Avg is being kind...just sayin Dalton is the definition of an average NFL QB.
December 23, 201411 yr Hopefully when they get to the lockerroom the offensive linemen will grab a hold of Dalton's ears and pull really hard until they hear a pop, that will be the sound of his head being removed from his butt.
December 23, 201411 yr I'm ready for the AJ McCarron era to start next year. That doesn't excite me at all. I go with Dalton over that. Even with the cheap prevent defense yards, Dalton's QB rating is higher than Manning's at halftime. Just sayin' ... Dalton isn't as awful as you say he is. I am not saying he is my man, but he is better than half the starting QB's in the NFL.
December 23, 201411 yr I stay with Dalton next year and get McCarron some experience. At least in college AJ was a big game QB, just don't know if he has the skills to be a success. Our answer may lie elsewhere.
December 23, 201411 yr I find it comical that people want Mccarron over Dalton. Dalton May not be the answer, but AJ certainly is not.
