Highlands/Campbell County Predictions 12/19

The Lady Birds travel to Alexandria Friday night to take on the Lady Camels. Who wins and why?

Go Birds! :angrybird12:

May have to attend this one since it's so close to home!

Tough one for me because I have some ties to the CC program and really like several of the girls and families. However, I think the Birds have a slight edge in this one for two reasons. Size and experience. Camels have a ton of talent. A lot of that is younger talent. Very good, but not as varsity seasoned as the Birds. Also, the Birds are bigger and longer than the Camels, with about the same speed and skills. That's just where I see the advantage...But that's why they play the game! Almost all these girls know each other and have either played with or against each other all their lives. So records may be thrown out the window in this one. It's bragging rights and that always adds a little incentive to the game. Should be a fun game to watch.

Good luck to the Camels and Go Birds!

Birds will take this one by at least 14-16 points. Playing great and unselfish basketball of late.

I was on the fence, but sounds like a good game to go catch...

Something tells me CC comes away with a Win in a close game tonight. Lady Camels by 1pt on a last second shot !
