I agree...even though they have been down for a while they have a good tradition...How many state titles has Paris won?

With much pain, I have to go with Pikeville. Regarding tradition, which I think is the most important element, Pikeville, Paintsville, Prestonsburg, Paris and Paducah Tilghman are right there together. The championships swing it. Plus, Pikeville always has the administrative support.

PRP is an up and comer.
