LexCath by a score of a lot to a little.

That sounds about right! Not sure it won't be over by half time!

Not sure about a running clock. Lex Catholic is a scoring machine, but I don't see them plus 36 pts. I predict 42-14, Knights roll.

First team ran eleven plays last week to get the running clock. No way they repeat that but I do think Catholic wins going away

Teams that have had success against Lexington Catholic have been passing or balanced team. That is not the case here. Obviously Rockcastle's bread and butter is ground and pound. Knights linebackers anchored by MLB senior Chase Boling and speedy senior OLBs Braxton Couch and Cody Mitchell have kept run-oriented teams in check mostly this year. Offensively the Knights probably bring a wider range of weapons against the Rockets then they have seen this year.

Prediction - 35 - 14 Knights.

3,338 is pretty impressive.

But 487 passing yards for the season is awful. Like Bluegrasscard mentioned, Lex Cath has problems with passing teams, big receivers and/ or somewhat of a balance offense ( ie Lafayette, Bryan Station and Bowling Green ). If Rock's cant throw, Lex Cath will load the box. Lex Cath defense will bend but not break.

Lex Cath rolls in this one. Rock just dont have the legs to keep up. Catholic will throw it all over the place.

LC 48

RC - 6

Watched a little film on Rock from their games against Pulaski and LexCath last year. Their MO against passing teams seems to be to bring pressure. They would bring 6 guys every pass play. Unfortunately for them their secondary is not good enough to match up against a Pulaski or a LexCath.

Reese will have a big game and I'll stay with my prediction of the Knights- a lot Rock - a little.

If that's the case, quick and short route for Ryan and all those fast, elusive receivers will end up with some big YAC. Bring 6 to pressure and LC will run draws or screen.
