Graves is averaging 60 points a game.

 

Wouldn't that be more because of many of the other teams in the 1st Region?? I think they really are a methodical slow it down team. I don't think there is anyway either team gets in the sixties!!

This game will be decided by the officials...and I say that because Graves is a team that likes to pressure you all over the floor but are not that deep. Sims is a tenacious defender and likes to use his body to steer the man with the ball where Sims wants him to go. So if the refs let them play then Graves will win by double figures because of their pressure and by the schedule they have played as they have gone down to Florida and played well down there and then won the Franklin-Simpson Christmas Tournament. This team plays well in the big games...Sims is the 3-point threat while Cavetter "CAN" be a beast inside if he keeps his head on straight. If he gets in foul trouble or if Russell can get inside his head then he can be a distractions....but I don't see it as Cavetter should have his way with the smaller Russell front line.

 

Graves wins this one 62-47, but then falls to South Laurel Friday morning.
