October 9, 201411 yr I'd start: Bell McCoy Murray McCoy, from a statistical standpoint, has been struggling & probably doesn't deserve to start for you; however, he has serious upside & I would be devastated if I left the #1 overall fantasy pick on the bench in Week 6 when he puts up 30 points. Demarco Murray is a no-brainer. The dude has been a horse all year and is a "must start" regardless of opponent. Given how deep your talent is at RB, I'd look to trade Murray. He is only 30 carries short of equaling the number of carries he typically has for an entire season. That troubles me, especially down the stretch. Take a look at your team's bye weeks and trade Murray accordingly. You can cure a lot of your deficiencies by dealing Murray by acquiring an elite WR and either a solid defense or maybe another player with a lot of upside. Start him this week, though. Bell is my 3rd RB because he's a scoring machine. I expect a low-scoring game against CLE, but chances are Bell will get 60 yards & a TD, at least. If Pitt jumps out to an early lead, he could be in line for a big game. Either way, he'll have the volume necessary to produce from a fantasy standpoint. Oliver is tempting given the matchup. Same with Ellington, especially given his performance last week. But I can't justify sitting McCoy, Murray or Bell, so Oliver & Ellington are the odd men out. I'm not on the Ellington bandwagon because AZ's QB situation is so bad. If you break down his performance from last week, it was one big play away from being very pedestrian. Something like 16 caries for 32 yards.
October 9, 201411 yr Author McCoy hasn't been the best RB this year but he still has more value than Maclin. I'd cancel that trade & look for a better WR (maybe Randall Cobb or Jordy Nelson). The guy is thinking about it. I guess I'll find out what he says tomorrow. I'm thinking because I am so deep at RB it won't hurt much, especially if McCoy sucks all year. He's likely headed to my bench anyways. I hate to give him up though. We've had a good run but I need WR help and he sucks right now. The guy that has Cobb wants Murray and Murray only for Cobb. I told him no thanks. The guy that has Nelson wants Murray also. I'd hate to keep McCoy and trade Murray only to watch Murray win Offensive Player of the Year and MVP and see McCoy suck all year. McCoy has shown very very little so far this year. Murray's carries and his injury history do scare me. My heart says trade Murray and go big and keep Shady. My head says keep Murray and trade Shady.

October 10, 201411 yr Author I ended up backing out of the McCoy/Maclin trade and traded him Andre Ellington for Wes Welker. FWIW, I have T.Y. Hilton on that team. FWIW II, I offered Hilton to someone for Garcon about a week ago. He turned it down. :lol2:
