Good game overall by Anderson Co. Offense was firing on all cylinders tonight. No turnovers for the offense. Defense forced two fumbles and recovered one.

 

Anderson Co. probably lost a starter tonight. #11 Dusty Puckett went down late in the third quarter with an ankle injury. He had to be carried from the field then he was transported by ambulance. Shame, it's his senior year.

 

Can't figure out what is the problem at Woodford Co. They have good size and decent speed. QB needs a lot of work. He overthrows his receivers badly. They have one nice running back, but the blocking is terrible. They should be a better team.

 

On to West Jessamine next week.

Has their ever been such a highly rated recruit on a less than stellar team? I know it's cliche because he's a lineman, but I haven't heard anything about Drake Jackson this season.
