Edge of Tomorrow (Movie)

Went to see this last night with Mrs Jumper_Dad and I was pleasantly surprised. Much more enjoyable than I expected. I went in afraid of it being a "Groundhog Day" or "Total Recall" type movie but it was better than that.

It is pretty funny at times as he is continually being killed to reset the day.

Best line in the movie, Cruise character to a Sgt-"Are you American?"

-"No, I am from Kentucky"..."A little town called Science Hill"

at that point the entire theater reacted, as we were sitting in a theater less 15 miles from Science Hill.

I don't know, I haven't seen Source Code.

Jumper_Dad, its been many months later but I just saw this last night and was also pleasantly surprised. The action was great and I enjoyed the whole concept.

At what point will the military start using those machines? Seems like they've are showing up in more and more movies.

You talking about the little exosuit ?

Yeah.

Throughout the movie, I thought this one might be one that ended with a kid hitting "Continue" after his screen said "Game Over" and thought whole things was just a video game. Thought that would have been an interesting twist ending.
