June 5, 201412 yr I was following the SK baseball game when twitter blew up about an SK student with Leukemia and her desire to meet WWE personality John Cena. From what I could tell, he sent her a personal message via video. Not sure if they ever met face to face but sure someone else may have more details. A quote from John Cena Twitter- Often, sadly enough, social media is a haven for bullying and negativity. Today, a group of strangers used it for something wonderful. Say what you wish about today's youth, but those kids started something big for someone many don't even know. Couldn't be more proud of Pioneer Nation.

In regards to your second part, I heard that WWE has tried to make him a heel on many occasions but he doesn't want to stop being a great role model for kids. Pretty cool of him honestly.

And if fairness to Cena, since the WWE has "allowed" Cena's role model brand I don't think they have much standing to force him to go from baby face to heel.
June 5, 201412 yr We ran into John Sena a couple of years ago at a restaurant in Florence. I had no idea who he was but my friend and her husband were super excited. Before we left, my friend asked for a picture with him and he couldn't have been nicer about it!
