The first year my daughter played, we had to get the physical form. She saw the doctor about 2 months prior but we didn't anticipate playing and decided at the last minute. I dropped off the form at the doctor and when I picked it up, they hadn't filled out anything. Just signed it and gave it back. We filled out the whole thing.

Fake physical forms???

That's just lazy!

 

 

Had an employee who had his VET write him a note once... points for creative but massive deduction for stupidity..

 

That employee was clearly a dog...

I'm hearing Reece won't be back at Greenwood, and there are up and coming programs waiting in line to court her.
