With Hazard being from out-of-region and the home region officials calling the game, I wouldn't be at all surprised by what I've bolded. Of course, it's that way for a lot of games vs teams from different regions when played on one of their home courts. Been there and done (and seen) that.

Carr is back but not at full strength. Shelby Valley isn't playing its best ball of the season, so Hazard will be a test for them...
