A valid point can be made that as many as 6 teams have a chance to win Region 1. One way to try and setup a hierarchy is those top 6 teams records against the others in the group. Here are those records.

Based on the little knowledge I have, that is exactly how I would rank them as well.

 

I think one of the top 3 will win it. I might pick whichever of the 3 draws opposite the other 2.

McCracken lost two games to Calloway earlier in the season. If I'm not mistaken, their very first game as a program was a close loss to the Lakers. They have improved nicely since then. I am biased but I give an edge to the Mustangs coming out of the 1st Region.
