I'd take Teddy first.

 

I admit I haven't seen to many UL games as of late. He looked very impressive against Florida in that bowl game though.

 

How is his arm strengh and other intangibles? Those are the things that could decide if he goes first, or if he is one of those QB's who slides to late first round early second. The combines QB can rocket up, or lose some ground in the draft.
