Officer Fights To Get Job Back

Featured Replies

Are you joking with me right now? We were raised different then. I don't know how any man could look his self in the mirror after striking a woman. It's a cowards move. If a cop can't do his job without striking a woman in most cases then I'd saying being a cop isn't for him . I know there are exceptions to every rule. But I think most guys I grew up with would agree unless i'm physically in danger or life is in danger I'm not hitting a woman. If you think that is ridiculous I'd say you need to do some soul searching. In any case a woman handcuffed sitting down is not one of those a exceptions to the rule. This cop doesn't deserve a badge.
You clearly can't read. I said if the situation calls for it... I don't expect a police officer to risk getting injured because some idiot, regardless of gender, is trying to fight them. You act like police should take unnecessary risks against someone actively fighting them because of gender...that is ridiculous.

I'd be embarassed if I were you. Regardless if some circumstances call for it I wouldn't want to defend hitting women.

You realize women are capable of fighting, shooting and stabbing...right??

LOL I'm done. You seriously can't say anything negative about law enforcement ever. You go as far to defend their right to hit a woman. Classic. I think I said if there life was in danger all bets are off. I.E. if someone is shooting or stabbing me I would say life is in danger. But if an unarmed woman half my size swung at me I think I could find other means than striking to stop it. That's just me though.

I can't believe I had to spend multiple post defending my position that in most cases hitting a woman is bad. I mean I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

What are you even talking about? I'm not defending the guy in this video for this thread. Based on the video he looks guilty to me. I believe he was convicted too, so that's enough for me.

Regarding the other comments you made, I think you are getting too emotional about all this. My position the entire time has been, if a situation calls for it...a police officer has every right to hit someone regardless of their gender. I've never said police should go around beating anyone for the heck of it...
