Ohio State fumbles and Northwestern recovers. Wildcats ball around the OSU 25.

Northwestern knocking on the door, ball is down to the 11 now. First down.

Touchdown Northwestern. Play came out of the Wildcat formation, with the other QB making the TD grab. PAT is good and it's 7-3 Northwestern. Crowd is really into it.

Northwestern gets the stop, but Ohio State downs the punt down inside the 1. Going to be tough sledding to start the drive for the Wildcats.

Ohio State gets the quick 3 and out as it appears Northwestern will punt away.

Punt is blocked then smothered in the endzone by the Buckeye's Roby and OSU now leads 10-7.

OK, remind me on the touchback rules - if you run into the end zone and then leap back into the field, touch the ball before your feet hit back in, is that not a touchback? Not to mention that his foot was on the end line.

Not positive on the touchback ones. I'd guess that once you go into the end zone, you have to re-establish your position outside of it (presumably by getting both feet out) before being able to down it.

Northwestern punches in another score and it's now 14-10, Wildcats.

Really thought NW might be a paper tiger... happy they're showing otherwise. This has been fun so far.

So basically the officials, and then the replay official, blew it on both calls.

Both teams chewing up tons of yards against one another. Ohio State has driven down inside the ten and have second and goal.

Agreed. I'd worried about Tennessee-Georgia being the best game of the day. Doesn't look like it will be.

I thought it was a touchback. We need one of our resident refs.

Wow. What happened on that throw? Did his arm get hit or did someone get a part of the ball?

Something definitely went wrong.
