October 7, 201312 yr Probably so but he's paid an awful lot of money to have down years. I realize they pitch around him because of the hitters before and after him which is why he walks so much. Just a prime example of why the Reds have to go after some big time help. If not he's going to continue to be a quarter billion dollar league leader in walks for an awfully long time. The thing is that they didn't pitch around him after the all star break. In fact, he got pitched to in a couple clutch situations with the playoffs in the balance and Bruce got the intentional pass. Again, let's just chew on that for a second...... ....and it frosts my rearend that he doesn't have the intestinal fortitude to field a ground ball with his body remotely in it's path. V A G I N A.
