Brossart scored two goals in the second half, one by Dylan Geiman and the other by Jake Jennings to overcome a 1-0 NCC halftime lead.

The win improves the Mustangs record to 9-1 and punches their ticket to the Touchstone Energy All "A" State Tournament the weekend of September 28th/29th at Elizabethtown Soccer Park. Their opponent will be the winner of the Region 13/14 Sectional playoff.

 

The Mustangs won what was then the All "A" State Cup in 2007.

Brossart's opponent in the Touchstone Energy All "A" State Tournament will be the Oneida Baptist Institute Mountaineers, 5-2 winners over Jackson City in the Region 13/14 Sectional.

OBI brings a 3-5-2 record to E-Town, with wins over Middlesboro, South Laurel, and Jackson City, and ties with North Laurel and Somerset.
